Even as a child I had problems with my memory, especially remembering what my teachers were saying in their lectures. I could remember if I saw it written out. When I was bored I tuned out completely. This became much worse after 40 and especially with menopause. I also had no sense of direction and would often get lost. I was chronically late and had problems with procrastination.

I did not like Adderall when I tried it. It made me jittery, tense, and gave me a headache.
