I have watched the progression of the development of ADD-care™ with both interest and initial skepticism. I have been amazed at how well this simple supplement works based on the brain imaging and watching my own client's progress with their Attention Deficit Disorder while on it.

There is strong evidence that shows that this supplement works as well as the stimulants for focusing, attention, and impulse control problems that are a result of ADD/ADHD. Peter has been trying both the ADD-care™ supplement and adderall XR, 15 mg. This past week, Peter took the entrance exams for GCC. On Monday, he was on the supplement (2 capsules, twice a day) and pasted out of reading and scored very high in his writing and math. I noticed a difference within hours after taking the first dose of ADD-care™. I would describe it as a very subtle, but significant. It makes me feel more grounded, focused and solid. There also seems to be a positive effect is getting rid of a fair amount of depression. The depression has been more than just situational, although some times worsened by given situations, and has ranged from mild to thoughts of suicide. Not constant, but there more than not, and it's been that way as long as I can remember. I recall reading in one of the ADD books that depression is a common symptom. Jef Gazely wanted to put me on an anti-depressant. I feel that this homeopathic takes care of most of the issues and problems I faced.

The first thing I noticed is that I'm kind of a high dose person and I needed to take two ADD-care™s to feel the effects but once I did, I realized there was a marked improvement in my overall being. I felt very calm and very together within about half an hour. I felt more relaxed and clear headed and felt no anxiety at all. I felt that I did very well on Adderall but the major difference is that Adderall does have a jittery side effect to it that would almost increase my anxiety when I came off of it. I remember feeling like a drug addict at times needing another "fix" of my adderall. I could definately tell my medicine had worn off and it never felt good. I always felt anxious and exhuasted at the same time and didn't find relief until either I fell asleep, or took another pill. However, with your formula, I didn't experience this at all. I barely even noticed the medicine wear off which almost makes me believe the effects are longer lasting. Don't know if this is the case but really, I didn't feel that anxious need for more medicine. I stayed calm throughout. Unlike Adderall, there was no "coming down" effect, just a smooth transition.

Your supplement definately made me a lot calmer without any jittery side effects and I certainly didnt' feel a major drop in my mood or energy when I came off yours, as I did with Adderall. This is great! It feels a lot more natural and brings a greater sense of overall peace.

This is my experience with ADD-care™. My dosage is generally 3 caps. My response time is about 10-20 min. Similar to adderral and lasting 4 or more hours. I notice that I gain focus and direction and can choose and create a task list for myself, make and follow a plan of action. I Find and Organize documents and things that are generally elusive to me. I am CALM, no feelings of anxiety, jitters, hyperactivity, loss of direction or being easily distracted.

My sense of time management is better, I am more aware of time allotment requirements and can change tasks more easily and without anxiety. With ADD I may forget or get discourged because I forgot where I was on a project or what I was doing and now I create markers for myself to guide me when I return, it is also easier for me to both create and follow a plan instead of feeling rushed. My sense of not having enough time or everything being an emergency is diminished or gone. A sense of enough time, materials and capabilty is pervasive.

I find this to be a much better alternaitve to adderral as I exhibit symptoms of allergic reactions, dry mouth, nausea, decreased appetite, dehydration, anxiety, jitters, crankiness and rebound forgetfulness when I take Adderral. When I went to the Amen clinic to do my scans I had an evaluation at the end with Dr. Todd Clements, M.D. who is one of the psychiatrists at the clinic. He said "your prefrontal cortex looked the best on the ADD-care™ scan and from our discussion it seems like the ADD-care™ is working very well for you."

I believe ADD-care™ is a viable and gentle treatment of ADD and has potentially other uses as well (with NO SIDE AFFECTS), due to the decreased anxiety I experienced, it may be a good choice to treat that as well.
